This round in general I feel has been way harder to manage. The stresses of the game are definitely setting in due to the fact tribe members are starting to emerge wanting to make bigger moves. Our challenge this week was something I was not confident in at all because I had little experience in play advanced tic tac toe and can barely beat my friends at connect 4 at the bar. It seemed hopeless when Chris and Kristine lost the first to back to back and of course that added even more pressure to win. Luckily we pulled the win off and we didn’t have to see a tribal. Biggest concerns going into a tribal is that low and behold Elyse started approaching me to throw Jason’s name as a possible vote. I’m sure her and Devon think me and him are extremely close and I’ve been trying my best to downplay our friendship. Lucky for me I have my partner in crime Grace to compare notes with and I feel like we always stay one step ahead of the fray. Grace disclosed that Devon had a conversation with Kristine right after our Gabby vote “revealing the possible alliance” which for me would insane if Devon found out because I’ve been keeping that under wraps and avoiding that question with Devon. He’s big on trust and I know if he finds out I was in that early alliance it’s trouble. Kristine also proceeded to bad mouth Jason! Saying she plays dumb around him and she sees him as a threat. For me and Grace having Jason around is one of our better options due to his loyalty and we know him game play (the devil we know). Even after we won the challenge it was necessary for Grace and myself to tell Jason what has been said because he tells Kristine allot and if she’s flapping her gums to Devon that could blow up my game. It was a delicate situation but I think we knew how to handle Jason and got it done. Now he doesn’t trust Kristine is more loyal to us and will not reveal crucial gameplay to her in fear that she’s running around telling everyone. Hopefully he keeps his mouth shut and just uses it as a tip instead of getting mad and confronting it but it had to be done because I know if we had to go to a tribal Jason was an option forsure and me and grace would be forced to pick a side and make some enemies if not have people look at us alittle closer. Navigating this game has been insane but I’m going to stay confident with what my gut is telling me and play without clouded vision...
